Parking and Transportation

The Parking and Transportation team is focusing on an overall parking plan for downtown Newtonville, and the quality of transportation. It is also examining parking space issues for the Austin Street development. It works closely with the Urban Planning Team and likely will soon merge under it. The team aims to ensure sufficient parking for patrons of businesses and workers, both in the current weak economic climate, and in moderate to booming times.
