HISTORY BOOK CLUB
This month’s book selection is "His Excellency George Washington" by Joseph J. Ellis. In this book the Pulitzer Prize winning author peels back the layers of our iconic image of the first president to show him as a deeply emotional man who practiced strong self-control. Based on Washington’s personal letters and papers, this book is compact and readable. The book club is free and open to the public. New members are always welcome.
