Newton Country Players presents Broadway Bound

For the second year running Newton Country Players presents Broadway Bound, a unique experience for children in grades 4-8! All students will benefit as they engage in activities geared towards a well-balanced understanding of the art of musical theater performance from seasoned teachers and performers.

Students will:
* enhance their audition technique
* receive comprehensive vocal training
* receive individual and team dance training to improve their dance abilities
* develop their acting skills through improvisation, character development and performance
* develop a well-rounded understanding of the components of musical theater through working on their own production

The class will culminate in a production to be performed for family and friends at the lovely MassBay Community College Theater. All students will collaborate on this musical theater production. The course begins September 13 and will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30pm through November 3. Space is still available.
