Newton Touch-a-Truck and Early Childhood Program Fair

The Newton Partnership is hosting the second annual Newton Touch-A-Truck event at Newton South High School, 140 Brandeis Road, from 11 to 3 on Sunday September 26.  This FREE family fun event will give kids the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a big rig, touch the scoop of a digger, see the inside of an ambulance, sit in a police cruiser, walk up the ramp of a delivery vehicle, and much more. Parents will have the chance to collect information about early childhood programs in Newton by visiting the Early Childhood Resource Fair. Families will also have the chance to learn about many of Newton’s nonprofit service agencies, and parents can choose to have their children fingerprinted through MYCHIP. Free snacks, surprise guests, kids entertainment and more.  Rain or shine.
