Join in a fun-filled retrospective of student and community life at Newton North High School, before the building closes its doors for the last time. The three-day event includes:

Friday, June 4
Kiss the Stage: A Theatre Ink Celebration. Looks back on four decades of theatre at North. Students and special guest alumni will recreate some of the most memorable numbers from Theatre Ink shows past.
7:30 p.m. in Lasker Auditorium.
Tickets: $5 for students/seniors, $10 for adults. www.theatreink.net .

Saturday, June 5
Bringing Down the House Opening Ceremony. Kicks off the free Open House with music, photos, special guests and more. Free and open to the public.
12 noon, Lasker Auditorium. http://nnhs.newton.k12.ma.us

Open House. Take a walk down memory lane, meet old friends and say goodbye to Newton North as you knew it. The Open House will take you through the decades, with memorabilia, live entertainment, film and videos, and more.
12:45 p.m., Newton North’s Main Street
Free and open to the public.

Great North Yard Sale. Surplus items will be on sale for part of the day, with all proceeds going toward building the book collection at North’s new library. Old records, uniforms, props and locker fronts are just some of the items that will be available at very low cost.
1-4 p.m. Lower Gym.

Jubilee Concert. Come hear a variety of music, including spirituals, contemporary and traditional gospel music, as well as traditional African pieces in this final Jubilee Singers concert at Newton North.

Sunday, June 6
Alumni Jazz Brunch. Come meet old friends, support your alma mater and walk together one last time down Main Street at the final Bringing Down the House event.
