“I recently spent some time at the Pediatric Emergency Department at Newton-Wellesley with my granddaughter. The staff was more than amazing. They were patient and efficient, and ready to meet the needs of all patients. The resources were amazing. When we heard we needed bloodwork and the child expressed a little distress, staff appeared with a little kit to explain what was going to happen. She is home and recovering from a virus (not COVID, yeah!). I am grateful to have this amazing medical resource in our community.”

The first person you see when you enter is always the face that represents the facility, and I have always found each and every one of them patient and kind.
