It is because of our loyal supporters that Family ACCESS can provide our mission-based programs without charge to the community and offer full or significant needs-based scholarships to local families who rely on our childcare program. In the past few months, we welcomed a new Director of our Early Learning Center, expanded existing programs and new services to more communities, and we are currently hiring for positions across the organization. Family ACCESS is also proud to announce we recently re-opened our building to parents and volunteers for the first time in almost two years! While all our programs have been operating in-person or virtually throughout the pandemic, allowing parents to come into the classroom again instead of dropping their child off at the front door is a major milestone. It has been so uplifting to have parents in the building again! Our newer parents saw their child’s classroom for the very first time and returning families with children who graduated to new rooms are able to celebrate the progress their children have made.
