Newton Parks, Recreation & Culture is currently accepting new Lifeguard & Swim Instructor applications for the Summer 2023 Season!
The City is seeking Lifeguards for Gath Pool & Crystal Lake Beach as well as Swim Instructors for the Lake Learn to Swim Program. Seasonal positions are available for June, July & August. Starting pay for Certified Lifeguards: $18.00/ hour. Must be at least 15 years of age to Lifeguard.
