Newton Community Pride (NCP) is excited to announce that the 9th Annual Linda Plaut Newton Festival of the Arts is back and scheduled for May 17, 18 & 19, 2024! The Festival will be a three-day event held at Second Church in NewtonThe Allen Center for the Arts, and the Hyde Community Center Bandstand.

There will be something for everyone to enjoy! All festival performances are free, accessible and open to all.

The Linda Plaut Festival of the Arts has been a showcase of Newton and regional talent for years and NCP is excited to once again bring a weekend of building community through music and family-friendly entertainment. The Festival is produced by Newton resident Chris Pitts.

Newton Community Pride is also holding a winter blanket collection drive on the Newton Centre Green in partnership with Welcome Home, a Newton non-profit providing families experiencing hardship with high-quality household items. Please bring new or gently used full, queen, or king blankets (no rips or stains) and drop off at the Welcome Home table during WinterFEST hours.
