The Centre at 1294 is a small building with a big history! This building will be used for community events, exercise and fitness classes, art, music and more! The programs listed below are just the beginning!

Ukulele Lessons: Tuesdays 10:00- 11:00 a.m. Five-week session begins September 10th. Your instructor Jerry Dallal is patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Strum and play your first songs with us!  Cost $25.00
Eccentrics: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30p.m and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 a.m.  Eight-week session begins Sept 24th. This completely original workout draws on the flowing movements of Tai chi to create health and balance. $67.00
Tai Chi for Graceful Aging: Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.Simple but profound exercises can be done at any level of conditioning. $ Cost 50.00
Tai Yo Ba: Tuesdays 10:00- 10:50 a.m. & Thursdays 9:00- 9:50 a.m. This class works on strength, balance stamina and flexibility. Cost $ 40.00
Strength Building Class: Tuesdays, 9:00- 10:00 a.m. Stay strong, make friends and have fun. Cost $ 40.00 for eight-week session.
Foam Roller Recovery: Improve connective tissue function noticeably with this interactive class. Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 p.m or Thursdays 10:45- 11:45 p.m. Cost $67.00
Art Class – Still Life with Gourds: No experience needed; materials provided. Cost $ 15.00 At the Centre @ 1294 10/10/19 10:00-11:30 or      10/22/19 6:30-8:00PM   
Decluttering Workshop: Do you have trouble finding things, organizing your papers or discarding items? Have you acquired too much? Learn the basics, break free from clutter and get organized. Program is free but registration is required. Dates: September 5, 12, 19    Time: 10:00-11:30 AM       Place: The Centre at 1294.
To Love your Mother in Law is a Piece of Cake! Entertaining and informative, speaker Irene Bloomstone will join us on at the Center at 1294, October 24th, 6:45p.m. Registration required
Back Pain Workshop: Injury prevention workshop will keep your back strong and flexible. Participants will be required to perform exercise standing, seated and on the floor. September 9th at 4:15 PM Cost $20.00
