We’re always expanding our schedule to meet your needs and changing routines. You’ll notice a number of new classes on our schedule – specifically ones that can complement your yoga practice and challenge you to move in new and different ways.

How to Register for Class
On the Mindbody app and our website, you’ll notice that the schedule can now be filtered by studio. To register to practice in-person, select the appropriate studio schedule. To register to practice livestream, select the Livestream schedule.
