Good posture is essential for staying healthy and pain-free, and a Ballet class will help you achieve that!
Join the adapted ballet class to strengthen and lengthen postural muscles. Moreover, this class also helps you to correct imbalances. The class consists of modified classical ballet exercises and stretches, all danced to beautiful ballet music.
$6.25 per class and $50.00 for a session.
