About this Event

The exhibition ASWAT : أصوات (Arabic word for voices) is a platform that gives visibility and elevates the voices and perspectives of Arab Women. Exploring themes of personal and collective identity the artwork presented will showcase the strength, diversity, and impact of Arab Women with roots in countries in the Middle East Region.

This artist talk brings together the artists from the exhibition and the curator to discuss the work in the exhibition, the theme of the pieces, and beyond. This talk is free but requires a ticket to enter due to limited seating.

The evening will consist of time to view the art, a brief guided tour with the curator and some artists, and a 45 minute artist talk. Please note that due to limited seating capacity tickets will be required for the artist talk, but not for the viewing or tour. The schedule is as follows:

6-6:45 p.m. Exhibition viewing

6:45-7:15 p.m. Guided Tour

7:30 – 8:15 p.m. Artist Talk (for registered participants)

8:15-9 p.m. Exhibition viewing
