Designed for all ages and abilities, the Couch to J 5K is 3.1 mile virtual walk/jog/run, and a great way to challenge yourself, improve your fitness, connect with your community- and have fun while you’re at it!
Sign up and enjoy a 4-week progressive training plan led by certified personal trainer Linnea Laverty, access to trainer & fellow runner tips and support via Zoom meetups, and a t-shirt to wear while you set out for your 5K.
