Physical Practice: Slow Flow & Meditation with Dr. Sabbi Lall, Ph.D.
Dr. Rachelle Calixte is a Psychologist and Recovery Services Manager at the Bedford VA Medical Center. Her clinical interests include serious mental illness, multicultural frameworks, and reducing barriers to mental and physical health care.
Dr. Sabbi Lall holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Religions and Philosophy, specializing in Traditions in Yoga and Meditation from the University of London.
This 8-week Series combines education, movement, discussion, and collaborative dialogue aimed at understanding our individual and collective potential within a sociopolitical context. While we as a faculty are specifically inviting any and all BIPOC and Gender Diverse Folxs, all are welcomed in this collaborative learning space!
This event will be in-person while simultaneously live-streamed. Virtual space is unlimited. The physical space is limited.
Every session is 90 minutes: 30 min of education followed by a 60 min physical practice.
