Physical Practice: Vinyasa Flow with Stephen Gresham
Ashley Houston-King is a doctoral student in Education with both research and social justice interests in racism and anti-racism in education.
Dr. Stephen Gresham is a Psychologist and the Associate Director of Clinical Training in Psychology at the Bedford VA Medical Center and an Adjunct Professor of Counseling at Regis College. His clinical interests include working with trauma, sexual orientation, and gender identity concerns, as well as mood and anxiety disorders from an integrated perspective. He leads Accomplice Circle with Ashley Mitchell and created the Fire Lounge in collaboration with MIT.
This 8-week Series combines education, movement, discussion, and collaborative dialogue aimed at understanding our individual and collective potential within a sociopolitical context. While we as a faculty are specifically inviting any and all BIPOC and Gender Diverse Folxs, all are welcomed in this collaborative learning space!
This event will be in-person while simultaneously live-streamed. Virtual space is unlimited. The physical space is limited.
Every session is 90 minutes: 30 min of education followed by a 60 min physical practice.
