Eat Laugh Talk-Real-life hacks for a fun family dinner

November 13, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The Resilience Project is a community outreach program based out of Newton-Wellesley Hospital working with schools and parents to support the emotional wellness and mental health of kids and teens in our community. We offer a variety of talks and workshops, with all our talks and special events for parents offered throughout the year. We are fully non-profit (i.e., not looking to sell or solicit), and would love to get the word out about our program.

Our events are FREE and open to all Newton parents (and parents in neighboring communities).

Please join us for an interactive talk and book signing with Dr. Anne Fishel as she shares helpful information about the many benefits of family mealtime, and the many solutions The Family Dinner Project team has learned from thousands of families to circumvent the most common obstacles to creating healthy and enjoyable dinners. This special event will include tips from The Family Dinner Project’s newest book, Eat, Laugh, Talk: The Family Dinner Playbook, followed by a Q&A with Dr. Fishel.
