Engaging your Nonprofit Board

Do your board of director meetings activate and engage your board members? Come learn what should happen before, during, and after the meeting to optimize engagement.
We will discuss different types of agendas and learn some facilitation techniques for more robust and engaged conversations. Together we will talk about important considerations with in-person, online, and hybrid meetings.
This session will include time for you to consider how to optimize and energize your next meeting!
