Find Happiness through Mindfulness, Yoga & Meditation, Thursday, November 7, 7:15-8:30 pm, third floor Rear Arc:

Come experience the ancient practices of breathing and meditation in an informal setting. Discover secrets to increasing happiness in everyday life and learn ways to make it grow each day. Patrons age 14 and older are welcome to join. Yoga mats are optional.
