How to Measure and Increase your Nonprofit Organization’s Health

April 12 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Combined Jewish Philanthropies has designed a survey tool to measure nonprofit organizational health using data and key indicators that allows them to assess organizational wellness and direct resources for interventions as warranted. After understanding how informative and useful the tool has been for participating organizations, CJP is pleased to make this tool available to all organizations. We will walk you through the goals and design of the tool as well as ways organizations are using it to enhance finance, governance, marketing, development, leadership and operational practices.
What you will gain from the workshop:
  1. An understanding of how CJP utilized an organizational health tool to measure and inform increased health across organizations
  2. A first hand account of how one nonprofit, Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston, is using the tool to drive continued impact and fundraising efforts
  3. An understanding of Key Performance Indicators across six critical areas of nonprofit management
  4. Access to the survey instrument and instructions on how to apply the tool in your own organizations
Who is this workshop for? Nonprofit professionals, board members, and institutional and private donors.
