Newton North High School is Seeking Mentors for January!

Newton North High School is seeking: Mentors for January!
Transitioning Together, or “T Squared,” is transforming lives. Through relationships with a mentor, first-generation students and their families who did not have access to resources or knowledge of the college application process, are now equipped with skills, tools, and relationships. Last year all 13 members of the T2 Class of 2014 were accepted into college. T2 mentors are currently working with 30 seniors, and a new group of mentors is needed to start working with approximately 30 juniors this January.
We need your help! As a mentor, from the winter of junior year through the spring of senior year, you will walk men-tees and their families through the daunting process of applying to college and you will provide these students and families with hope, assistance, and support. Going to college is no longer a dream–with your help as a Transitioning Together mentor, college becomes a reality.
