Purim Masquerade and Fundraiser for Israel

March 24 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

General Admission $50. In addition to the ticket price, we’re asking for your generous donation of $100. The money will be used to create a viable structure of therapeutic, educational, and financial services for Russian-speaking evacuees from the south of Israel as well as for those who’re still remaining in Sderot. These people very much rely on your help and support. You will receive an appreciation souvenir during the event.

Sofia Shkidchenko is a Ukrainian yodeler, K-pop, jazz and pop performer. Sofia’s performance of ‘She Taught Me to Yodel’s on Ukraine’s Got Talent (2017) has been viewed over 150 million times across the Internet. Since then, Sofia has established her own identity as a unique yodeler with her signature yodeling moves. Her yodeling skills have been in demand in many different countries, such as South Korea (World Yodel Day 2019), and Great Britain (Basement Jaxx). Her yodeling talent has allowed Sofia to travel the world making people feel like dancing.

Slava TolstoySlava Tolstoy
Slava Tolstoy is a Boston based guitarist, singer and producer. He has toured and recorded in duo with Fedor Chistyakov – the leader of a legendary rock band “Nol” as well as with Boris Pelekh – the guitarist of Gogol Bordello. For many years Slava has performed all around the US with his instrumental project – “International String Trio” that blends jazz, classical and gypsy music. Slava’s solo album with original pop-rock songs “Songs About the Sea” – was released in 2021 and is all about meaningful lyrics, catchy melodies, and political satire.
From the very first days of Russia’s war on Ukraine, Slava took a very firm position against the invasion. He participated in numerous pro- Ukrainian fundraisers and concerts al over USA, in Germany and Canada. In the fall of 2022 Slava released an anti-war song “You’re Out” that gained significant recognition across the globe.
Over the course of his career he has worked and collaborated with such outstanding and diverse performers as Fedor Chistyakov, Olli Soilkkeli, Lynn Harrell, Vadim Neselovskyi, Kenny Aronoff, Ben Powell, Eric Marienthal, Ruslan Sirota, and many more.
Maxim LubarskyMaxim Lubarsky
Maxim Lubarsky is a remarkable pianist, whose stylistic versatility and musicality makes him one of the most sought-after musicians.Native of Odessa Ukraine, Maxim was originally trained as a classical pianist at famous Stolyarsky school of Music and Odessa State Conservatory. Already in school he has developed a passion for jazz and received a scholarship to come to Berklee College of Music to further his studies, where currently he is an assistant professor.Maxim has performed and recorded with such musicians as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Terri Lynn Carrington, Steve Gadd, Abe Laboriel, Dave Samuels, and participated in St. Petersburg Music Fest (Russia), Spoleto Festival (SC), Beantown Festival (MA), Diacetum Festival (Italy), “Black Sea Weekend” (Ukraine), “Usadba Jazz” Festival (Russia), ArtNaples Festival (FL).
