Join a special screening of ‘Sisters on Track’, the story of three young female athletes who excelled on their track and field team while living in a homeless shelter with their single mother. Discussion and Q&A will focus on mentorship, community and youth mental health, and how caring adults can best support the students and student-athletes in their lives. Attendees are encouraged to watch the film prior to the event. A free link will be provided one week prior to the event date for those without a Netflix account.
Co-hosted by the NWH Resilience Project and Sole Train: Boston Runs Together.
