Meet John Cage, the pioneering, inspiring composer who believed all sound—from the crash of a slamming door to the whirr of a blender to the whoosh of the wind—was music. Told in second-person, this picture book asks readers to imagine the many possibilities for making and listening to beautiful noise. Beautiful Noise: The Music of John Cage is about creativity, ingenuity, perseverance, mindfulness–and it’s lots of fun, too! Gorgeously illustrated by award-winning illustrator Il Sung Na
