STORYTIME – THANKSGIVING

Come learn about how Native people in Massachusetts grew their food. We will read a tale about the Three Sisters, the story behind growing corn, beans, and squash together. Preschoolers and their caregivers will have the chance to interact with our own three sisters crops and make a corn husk doll. For a complete schedule of ongoing Storytime events, go to www.newtonma.gov/story.

Our free 30-45 minute Storytime program for kids 18 months to 6 years includes reading from a children’s book, an activity, a museum takeaway, plus free access to the museum afterward. Families are welcome to bring snacks for their kids.
