STORYTIME – WINTER HIBERNATION

December 26, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

Free

Learn how animals live through the winter, and how people at the Jackson Homestead stayed warm, too. We will read Over and Under the Snow by Kate Messner, and preschoolers and their caregivers will make their own wintry paper bag trees. For a complete schedule of ongoing Storytime events, go to www.newtonma.gov/story.

Our free 30-45 minute Storytime program for kids 18 months to 6 years includes reading from a children’s book, an activity, a museum takeaway, plus free access to the museum afterward. Families are welcome to bring snacks for their kids.
