The Conversation Project

We will explore the importance of having end-of-life conversations so your wishes for care known and honored. You will be guided through the starter kit from The Conversation Project, theconversationproject.org. This will be a safe space to learn, reflect, and write and share your thoughts, feelings and experiences. The presenter is Betsy Simmons, MPH, Meditation Teacher/Interfaith Minister. She is a trainer/facilitator with The Conversation Project, which is dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care.
