Welcome back to Jackson Homestead, Durant-Kenrick House!

Historic Newton’s two museums, the Jackson Homestead and the Durant-Kenrick House and Grounds, reopen to visitors June 16 and will be open every Wednesday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by appointment. Our HAIRdentity! exhibit at the Jackson Homestead takes a fun and surprising look at the history of hairstyles. Learn about colonial and horticultural history, abolition, and much more at the Durant-Kenrick House. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
