INTERNATIONAL Summer Camp Opportunity for Children 11 Years Old
August 4-31, 2019, Waterloo, Canada
CISV (Children’s International Summer Village) is a UNESCO partner. It has chapters in 200 cities among 69 countries around the world. The CISV Villages was started in 1951, and it brings 11 years olds from many countries together. They will learn from each other about the world around them. At the same time, they will tak part in a variety of educational, cultural and fun activities.
CISV Boston chapter is looking for two boys and two girls to join the international summer camp. They will join the Village in Waterloo to represent the culture of the USA and the city of Boston. Children will meet, live with, learn and play with other delegations from 10-12 different countries. This is a unique experience that is open only to 11-year-old children. However, this impact will last their lifetime as global citizens.
